Prepare a convenient vessel, break eggs into it, pour condensed milk and mix (in no case beat with a mixer!)
Sift flour into the resulting mass (flour should not be added all at once - it's better to do it in parts so as not to put too much and not make the dough "clogged") with baking powder, and also add vanilla and salt.
Knead the dough until it becomes soft and elastic.
The finished dough should be allowed to rest under the food wrap for 15-20 minutes. Cover the dough so that it does not chafe and a crust does not form on its surface.
