Cooking method

1. Mustard powder is poured into a small bowl.

2. Pour the water into a saucepan, bring to a boil.

3. Pour boiling water over the mustard, rubbing the mass with a spoon until smooth (the presence of lumps is unacceptable).

4. Pour vegetable oil and apple cider vinegar into the resulting homogeneous mass, pour sugar and salt, mix.

5. Pour the mixture into a jar with a lid or a small container and leave in a warm place for 2-3 hours. During this time, the mustard will ripen and become thicker.

Close the finished mustard tightly with a lid and send it to the refrigerator. It is completely ready for use.
