Heat the milk a little, add yeast and sugar. Leave until the yeast is completely dissolved.
Mix all the other ingredients, add milk at the end.
Knead the dough. If necessary, add flour. Cover with a towel and put in a warm place for 1 hour. Mince and leave for another 1 hour.
Grease the mold with butter and lay out the dough. Lubricate with egg (it took me 1 quail). I baked in small disposable forms, so my loaves lasted 30 minutes at 180 C.
In this recipe, you can also use fresh Bulgarian pepper - then it needs to be pre-fried in butter.
