Very tasty and complex sesame bread! Simplicity! This is my first bread in my life, and I succeeded! It turned out to be a very interesting activity to knead bread dough, putting your warmth and soul into it! How delicious it is, this sesame bread!

Pour milk and water into a saucepan, put it to heat.

Put butter. Stir until the butter melts. We also add yeast and beaten (slightly) egg.

Mix sugar, flour, salt, sesame.

Combine the dry mixture and the yeast mixture with each other. We do this with a spoon, and then we put the dough on the table and knead it until it becomes smooth.

Cover the dough with a napkin and let it infuse for 45 minutes.

Grease the mold with oil.

We put the dough into the mold, let it stand for 20 minutes, covered with a napkin.

We make oblique cuts on the bread with a knife and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Bake at 220 degrees. 45 minutes.

We cover the ready-made bread with a napkin and let it cool down.

Then we cut and enjoy the extraordinary taste of tender, fluffy bread!
