Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare the ingredients according to the list. Chicken hearts are well washed under running water, cut off the fat, films with a knife, cut the chicken hearts themselves into small pieces. Rinse again to remove excess blood and throw it out into a colander to drain all the liquid.
Step 2:
Peel the onion and cut into cubes.
Step 3:
Carrots are washed, cleaned and grated on a medium grater.
Step 4:
Pour vegetable oil into the pan. Turn on the fire, warm it up. We spread onions and carrots on vegetable oil. Fry the vegetables until the onion is transparent and the carrots are soft.
Step 5:
We send cooked chicken hearts to the frying pan with carrots and onions. Fry them first on high heat, stirring constantly with a spatula, until the chicken hearts turn slightly white. Add salt and ground black pepper to taste, mix. Then pour in a little water and add a couple of tablespoons of tomato paste, reduce the heat to medium and simmer for about 20 minutes, covering the pan with a lid. At the same time, pour water into the pan.
Step 6:
Turn on the fire, add a pinch of salt to the water. When the water boils, we lower the pasta into it. Pasta can be used in absolutely any form according to availability and taste, it does not affect the taste of the dish particularly. The only tastier and healthier dish will be with pasta from durum wheat. Cook the pasta for about 8 minutes, until al dente, so that they are a little hard. We throw them into a colander, let the water drain completely.
Step 7:
Pasta is sent to the frying pan to chicken hearts with vegetables. Stir and keep on fire for about 8 more minutes. Turn off the fire. The dish is ready.
Step 8:
Serve chicken hearts with pasta to the table. Bon appetit!
