Many drinks are not food, and some are so high in calories that they are drunk instead of a snack. This is considered milk. Therefore, it is better not to drink milk drinks with a heavy lunch. Although this very drink can be prepared on one water (there is also such a culinary recipe), but then it has a very sharp taste, for an amateur.
Wash the raisins and fill it with hot water for 5-10 minutes. In a small saucepan, boil the anise in grains for ten minutes. Pistachios are cleaned from the husk, it is hard, and it will float in the liquid. Pistachios, raisins, cardamom seeds (preferably crushed) are put in a blender. Pour a little milk and scroll until the ingredients are completely crushed.
Filter the anise water. It is possible through a strainer, but it is more reliable through a double layer of gauze. We dilute the honey and let the liquid cool down.
We put everything together, mix it very well and cool it. Before serving, you need to shake it up. Serve with mint leaves.
You can also add pieces of ice if the weather is hot. And in India, the weather is almost always hot. By the way, if you are too lazy to prepare this drink yourself, then now Tandai extract has appeared in stores.
