We will wash the meat well and cut it into 5 identical pieces.
We will beat it off thinly so that there are no holes.
Wipe with salt and pepper (it is better to use freshly ground pepper).
Finely chop the washed and dried mushrooms.
Peel the onion, rinse and finely chop it as well.
Put the prepared mushrooms and onions in a frying pan with preheated butter and fry until golden brown.
Beat the eggs a little and add salt.
Put the cooled mushrooms on the meat (about 1 – 1.5 tbsp. l.) and roll up the roll.
Roll in eggs.
After that - in breadcrumbs.
Put on a preheated frying pan and fry well on both sides.
Grate cheese on a coarse grater.
Put the rolls in a baking dish, sprinkle with cheese and put in a preheated 180 – 200C oven for 15-20 minutes.
We serve pork roll with mushrooms with a side dish, garnished with herbs.
