Step 1:
To make tea, wash the apple, cut it into 4 parts and remove the core. Then cut the apple into slices, put it in a ladle and fill with water. Put the ladle on the fire and bring to a boil. Boil the apples for 2-3 minutes, cover with a lid and remove from the heat. Let stand for 10-15 minutes.
Step 2:
While the apples are infused, prepare the dishes for brewing tea. Pour boiling water over it and pour a little tea leaves. This can be either black or green tea. I use a brew of black tea.
Step 3:
Add a cinnamon stick.
Step 4:
When the apples are infused, bring them back to a boil.
Step 5:
Transfer the apples to the tea leaves and pour hot apple broth.
Step 6:
Cover with a lid and give the tea time to brew. It will take about 7-10 minutes. Pour the finished tea into the prepared mugs and serve to the table. To taste, you can sweeten the tea. To do this, use sugar or honey. But add honey when the tea cools down a little so that it does not lose its useful qualities. Add a slice of lemon to the tea. Have a nice tea party!
