Step 2:
Then add the required amount of honey to the water and mix well so that the honey dissolves.
Step 3:

After an hour of cooking, add the hops, boil for another 5 minutes and turn off. Cool the finished wort.
Step 5:
Take a clean jar, treated with boiling water or steam. Pour the cooled liquid into it.

Wash the lemons in running water and pour boiling water over them. Cut the lemons into thin slices.
Step 7:
Add lemon slices to the jar to the honey liquid.
Step 8:
Close the jar with a lid and put it in a cool place, without sunlight. Leave to infuse for 2 weeks.
Step 9:
After 2 weeks, strain through several layers of gauze and bottle the wine. Put the bottles in the refrigerator for another week. A week later, a light honey wine will be ready!
This is one of the quick options for making honey wine. In 3 weeks you will have a light, fragrant wine ready.
This drink is more like a new wine. Together with lemons, you can add apples to the drink.
It is best to store it in the refrigerator and use it for several months.
The taste and aroma of the finished drink largely depends on the quality of honey. It is best to use light, floral honey. Although it is possible to cook it, for example, from buckwheat. But this will already be for an amateur. But, nevertheless, it is worth remembering that the finished drink stores the taste and aroma of the original product. The most important thing is that honey should be natural.
It is not so easy to find such a wine in the store, but if you cook it at home, then it simply will not be equal.
Homemade honey wine has a very delicate aroma with the smell of pollen and flowering meadows and fields.
By the way, honey wine can be used to make desserts or sauces for meat, for example.
