Cooking method
Pick the cherry, pour it into an enameled container, mash it with a pestle (you can also use your hands) so as not to damage the bones.
Fill the resulting mass with water. Cover the container with gauze and leave in a warm place, stirring occasionally.
After two days, drain the resulting juice into a clean container. Squeeze the juice from the cake, pour sugar into it, stir until it completely dissolves and pour the liquid into the main container. Pour all the juice into a large bottle for further fermentation with the expectation that you can fill it only 3/4 of the total volume. Then cover the neck with gauze and wait for the fermentation to begin, which will last about 5 days.
Then pour the wort into another container, on the neck of which we put a water shutter (or a medical glove, puncturing one of the fingers).
When fermentation is over (15-20 days), bottle the cider, cork it and leave it in a cool place.
Wait for the moment when the drink brightens, and start tasting!
