Cooking method
Aromatic tincture is prepared not only on the pine nuts themselves, but also a more budget-friendly way to get a delicious drink is to insist alcohol on the shells of pine nuts. It turns out delicious, fragrant, pleasant. With all this, cooking tincture is easier than ever!
The shells of pine nuts are well washed (if necessary), dried with paper towels, soaked with excess moisture. Next, we transfer them to a container in which the drink will be infused. You can use an ordinary glass jar. Fill the shells with the amount of sugar specified in the recipe, mix. We throw the carnation.
After that, we fill everything with moonshine, close the lid hermetically and shake the contents of the jar. We put the jar with the future tincture in a dark and warm place (room temperature) and leave it there for 10 days.
When this time has passed, filter the resulting liquid through gauze folded several times. We pour the tincture into beautiful bottles, seal it tightly and put it in the refrigerator or cold cellar for a few days (three or four will be enough, but you can do more) so that the drink stabilizes.
That's it. The tincture is ready and now you need to store it in a cool place. It is stored for up to three years in a cellar, it turns out to be quite strong and very fragrant. It is good to serve it on a festive table, because the drink does not cause such unpleasant consequences as, for example, a sore head. It also has a rather mild and pleasant taste.
And also such a tincture is used for medicinal purposes. For example, it is believed that it can treat various diseases of the gastrointestinal tract. If such a use of tincture is intended, it is worth consulting with your doctor beforehand.
Delicious drinks!
