Ripe, peeled grapes are placed in a prepared volumetric container, a balloon or a saucepan, you can even choose a glass jar.
Shifting grapes into it, make sure that no twigs or stems will definitely get inside. On top, sprinkle the grapes with sugar. We close the container. For reliable tightness, you can resort to the classic water gate.
Grape liqueur ferments for a month, or even a little more. We need to wait until the fermentation stops completely. We uncork the container, pour the liqueur into bottles, pouring alcohol through gauze, or other dense, clean cloth.
