1. Pour the water into a kettle or a saucepan, send it to the fire, bring it to a boil.
2. Then we put the crushed blackberry leaves in boiling water, let them boil again.
3. Cook on low heat for 3-4 minutes, cover with a lid.
4. Leave to infuse for about 15 minutes.
The decoction is taken 100-150 ml 15 minutes before meals.
