Cooking method
1. My aronia berries, put them in a saucepan. Cherry leaves are also washed, sent to the berries.
2. Fill the contents of the pan with water, send it to a small fire, cook for 15 minutes from the moment of boiling.
3. Then filter the liquid, squeeze the aronia and leaves thoroughly. Pour sugar into the resulting broth, pour vodka, mix.
4. Pour into a glass container, close the lid, insist in a dark place for 14 days.
We store the finished tincture in the refrigerator.
