Cooking method
1. Put the frozen berries in a bowl, pour one kilogram of sugar, pour water, add citric acid.
2. Thoroughly mix the contents of the bowl, cover with a suitable lid and send it to the refrigerator for 24 hours.
3. After the specified time, we take the aronia out of the refrigerator, continue to insist already at room temperature for a day.
4. Filter the syrup through a sieve, pour the remaining sugar, send it to the fire, boil for 10 minutes, then pour into bottles.
We store the syrup in the refrigerator.
