Cooking method
1. My plums, remove the bones. The knapsacks are also mine, with the help of a gypsy needle or a toothpick, we make a couple of punctures on each apple.
2. We put the prepared fruits in a pre-sterilized jar and pour boiling water. Cover the jar with a lid, leave for 15 minutes.
3. And now we drain the water from the jar into a saucepan, pour sugar, send it to the fire, bring it to a boil.
4. Pour the syrup over the ranettes and plums, immediately roll up the lid hermetically. Turn the workpiece upside down, let it cool down.
