Beet kvass for weight loss

Take care of your health! Prepare a healing drink! Beet kvass will not only restore health and immunity, but also help to get rid of excess weight. It perfectly removes slags, which cleanses the body and significantly reduces weight. I tried the recipe on myself - it really works! It is recommended to drink beet kvass in the morning in an amount of 1.5 glasses.

Beets grown in your own garden (or bought in a store), wash thoroughly, removing the remaining soil. Then peel the root vegetables from the skin.

Grate the prepared beets on a coarse grater, put them in a clean jar (three-liter) and pour boiled water cooled to room temperature (the jar should not be filled with liquid over the edge - leave a little space so that there is where the foam that appears during fermentation forms).

Add sugar and salt, as well as a couple of slices of black rye bread. Tie the neck with gauze, folding it in two layers. Leave the kvass for two weeks (14 days), then strain and pour into clean bottles. Store in a cool place.

You can drink beet kvass already on the fifth day, when foam begins to form on the surface.
