We dismiss harmful chemical drinks immediately. The insides of the car may be shiny with imported lemonade, but why do we need a shiny stomach? We return to the origins, morsels, kvass and sbitny. My family tried kvass from oats this summer.
Oat grain must be thoroughly rinsed in several waters. We take an ordinary clean three-liter jar, fill it with oats, add sugar. Wash the raisins with warm water and also put them in a jar. For pouring, boiled water at room temperature is needed. Pour water into the jar, leaving a little space to the edge. We cover the jar with gauze, folded in several layers, and put it in a warm place or in the sun for 3 days. After the time has elapsed, we drain the ready kvass and put it in the refrigerator, and use the starter again. You just need to pour 3 tablespoons of sugar into it and pour boiled water again. Sourdough can "play" up to 4 times, but the amount of sugar should be reduced each time by a tablespoon.
