Cooking method
Cooking will not take much time:
- peel the banana, cut it arbitrarily;
- wash the apples, peel and remove the middle, cut the pulp into cubes;
- using a blender, chop the fruit into puree;
- combine the fruit mass with yogurt, whisk with a blender for a couple of minutes;
- pour smoothies in portions, enrich the taste with ground cinnamon and garnish with pomegranate seeds;
- add cookies to each serving.
