Smoothie with banana pomegranate cookies and cinnamon

Smoothies - great health benefits in one glass! I'll be honest: I'm a smoothie fan! I cook every day, or every other day, I feel great! I offer you one of the recipes I have tried - banana-apple smoothie!

Cooking method

Cooking time: 20 min

Cooking will not take much time:

- peel the banana, cut it arbitrarily;

- wash the apples, peel and remove the middle, cut the pulp into cubes;

- using a blender, chop the fruit into puree;

- combine the fruit mass with yogurt, whisk with a blender for a couple of minutes;

- pour smoothies in portions, enrich the taste with ground cinnamon and garnish with pomegranate seeds;

- add cookies to each serving.
