Cut the zest from the lemons with slices and pour it with vodka for one day. Remove the white part from the lemons without zest, and cut the pulp into circles. Add sugar. Pour in the water and cook the lemon slices in sugar syrup for about 20 minutes. After a day, strain the vodka from the zest and lemon syrup from the pulp. Connect and mix them with each other. Pour the resulting homemade lemon liqueur into bottles. Use it for cocktails and desserts.
