Cooking method
Wash the lemons, scald with boiling water and cut into pieces together with the zest. Fold into a 3-liter jar, add coriander and cloves, pour vodka, cover and insist for 7 days.
Pour sugar into 0.5 liters of water, stir and bring to a boil. Cook the syrup for about 10 minutes.
Strain the tincture through a sieve with two layers of gauze, mix with syrup and bottle.
