    Prep the ingredients (wash and dry the broccoli and cilantro, peel the garlic).

    Cut the broccoli into florets and boil it in salted water for about 5 minutes, then drain it in a colander and let the water run off.

    Meanwhile, crush the coriander seeds, coarsely chop the cilantro, and dice the garlic.

    In a preheated skillet, lightly fry the garlic in the vegetable oil.

    Add the boiled broccoli and fry it with the garlic for about 5 minutes over medium heat.

    Right before serving, sprinkle with cilantro and coriander. Serve the dish warm.
