Cooking method
-
Step 1:
Gather your ingredients.
-
Step 2:
Rinse the chicken breast and boil it until cooked through in salted water. I also added 2 bay leaves and a few allspice berries.
-
Step 3:
Drain the pineapple and cut it into cubes.
-
Step 4:
Chop the walnuts.
-
Step 5:
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
-
Step 6:
Hard-boil the eggs, cool them, and chop them finely.
-
Step 7:
Cool the chicken and cut it into cubes.
-
Step 8:
Combine the chicken, pineapple, cheese, and walnuts. Add the garlic, put through a press.
-
Step 9:
Dress with mayonnaise and season with salt (if needed) and pepper.
-
Step 10:
Toss to combine.
-
Step 11:
Spoon the salad into the tartlet shells, garnish with fresh herbs, and serve.
- The salad turns out more delicate if you cut everything as finely as possible and grate the eggs.
- You can use fresh pineapple in place of canned.
