The first thing we will do is mince:
- wash the meat, cut into pieces;
- grind the prepared meat and fat with a meat grinder;
- peel the onion, grind it into a pulp (a blender, a meat grinder or a grater will help);
- add salt, pepper, and crushed ice to the resulting minced meat, mix.
Now Operation sauce:
- we wash the mushrooms, let them dry a little, cut them into plates;
- peel the onion, cut it into half rings, send it to the frying pan, pour in vegetable oil;
- fry the onion until transparent, then add the mushrooms and fry for another 5 minutes;
- pour cream into the pan, simmer for another 4-5 minutes.
The turn of the dough has come:
- sift flour into a bowl, break an egg, add salt and vegetable oil, pour in water;
- knead the dough that does not stick to your hands;
- let him rest for 20-30 minutes.
We make dumplings using a dumpling maker or manually. Boil them in salted boiling water for 5 minutes. We extract the finished dumplings with a slotted spoon and put them in pots.
Fill the pots with mushroom sauce, sprinkle with finely chopped herbs, grated cheese. We put the pots in the oven, bake the dumplings at a temperature of 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
The cheese will melt during this time, the dumplings will fill the whole house with fragrance and relatives will pull up to the kitchen without special invitation.
