To make homemade adjika, we wash tomatoes, apples, sweet and hot peppers. We cut out the core of the apples, peel the peppers and divide them in half, peel the carrots and divide them into four parts. We pass all these ingredients through a meat grinder and cook over low heat for one hour. Then remove from the stove and add crushed garlic, sugar, vinegar, salt and sunflower oil, mix thoroughly and close with a plastic lid. Instead of capsicum, you can use 1 piece = 1 h.l. for ground hot pepper.

Vinegar in recipes, unless otherwise specified by the author, is added by default at a concentration of 9%.
