Cooking method
1. Pour water into a saucepan, pour sugar, mix.
2. Put on a moderate heat and, stirring constantly, bring to a boil - the sugar should completely dissolve.
3. Put figs in boiling syrup, cook for 5 minutes.
4. Remove from heat, let cool.
5. Bring to a boil again, cook for 5 minutes, cool.
6. Repeat cooking again for 5 minutes, pour the dessert into jars.
