Step 1:
Add salt, sugar, vinegar to a pot of water and wait for the liquid to boil.
Step 2:
Cut the washed eggplants into cubes with a side of 1.5 cm .
Step 3:
Then pour the chopped eggplants into the boiling marinade, mix lightly, add the bay leaf and cook for 5 minutes. We throw the boiled eggplants into a colander and let all the liquid drain.
Step 4:
Chop the green onion.
Step 5:
Finely chop dill greens with a knife.
Step 6:
Finely chop the hot green pepper.
Step 7:
In a large bowl, mix the chopped garlic, hot pepper, green onion, dill, vegetable oil and eggplant. Mix everything, insist a little and cool. Eggplant cubes like mushrooms are ready!
