Step-by-step cooking
Cut the veal into pieces 1.5-2 cm thick.
Chop off the pieces. Add salt and pepper.
Grind coffee.
Rub rosemary with your fingers and mix with coffee.
Heat the frying pan, pour oil.
Roll the pieces of meat in a mixture of coffee and rosemary and fry in a frying pan until cooked (3-4 minutes on each side).
Serve meat with vegetables.
