This cooking recipe includes the preparation of potatoes and garlic sauce served separately to it. This food came to us from Bulgarian cuisine and is popular with those who know about the method of its preparation. Today I will share this method with you.
And the method is very simple. Peel the potatoes, wash them and cut them into cubes, but not too small, so as not to fall apart when cooking. Then cook it over moderate heat until fully cooked. After it is cooked, carefully drain the potatoes and put them on a plate. Sprinkle liberally with finely chopped herbs on top.
Then we prepare garlic sauce. It's even easier to cook it. Garlic should be crushed and mixed with sunflower oil, salt and vinegar. You can choose the amount of vinegar according to your taste.
Potatoes are served to the table on a plate and garlic sauce is served to it in a separate cup.
