  • You can make this cocktail for friends and family who are 21 and older, since it contains liqueur. It even has a beautiful name — the "Snowy Christmas" cocktail. Start practicing now, and by Christmas you'll be able to whip it up quickly and beautifully. Pour the milk into a saucepan and set it over heat. Once it's hot, add the white chocolate — chill it first, then grate it on the medium holes of a box grater. Add the spices and the orange, too; there's no need to peel it, and a couple of wedges are plenty. Stir the milk constantly and bring it to a boil. Whip the cream with a mixer until it holds soft peaks. Pour the milk into glasses, then add the orange liqueur to each one. Top with the whipped cream, sprinkle with grated white chocolate, and garnish with candied orange peel. You can buy the candied peel or make your own: simmer orange slices in sugar syrup, lift them out, let them cool, and dust with powdered sugar. Enjoy — and Merry Christmas!
