Cooking method
- Here goes. First, boil the pasta in salted water, then drain it and toss it with the vegetable oil. Set it aside. Next, cut the ham into strips. Melt the butter and sauté the ham in it (no more than two minutes). Add the chopped garlic and cook another minute, stirring constantly. Then add this mixture to the cooked spaghetti and keep it warm. In a separate saucepan, combine the egg yolks, cheese, and cream. Set it over low heat until it thickens—but don't let it boil, or the eggs will curdle. Season the sauce with salt and stir it into the spaghetti and ham. Hold back a little of the sauce to spoon over the spaghetti in the bowls when serving. Just before serving, finish each dish with grated cheese and chopped herbs. This dish will please any pasta lover; pasta with ham and eggs is a tasty way to add variety to your meals. Enjoy!
