Salads are an integral part of the festive feast. It's true. But on a weekday it is very pleasant to please your family with delicious and easy-to-prepare food. I accidentally saw this recipe in the newspaper, in the column "culinary experiments". The recipe for this salad is so simple and clear that there was no need to write it down. He was remembered very easily.
To prepare the salad "Zest" we will need to grate 4 medium fresh carrots on a coarse grater. We also rub melted cheese and boiled beets. Raisins should be soaked for 15-20 minutes in cold water. Peel and chop walnuts. After we have prepared all the ingredients, we begin to lay out the salad in layers on a previously prepared flat dish (or a large flat plate). The first layer we put carrots, a layer of raisins on top of it. Put a layer of mayonnaise on the carrots and raisins. The next layer is spread with grated processed cheese and crushed garlic. Again, we flavor the layer well with mayonnaise. Then we spread the grated boiled beets and crushed nuts, and then again a layer of mayonnaise. Decorate the top with the remains of crushed walnuts and a sprig of greenery.
Let the salad brew for 20-30 minutes, and then serve.
