Step 1:
We wash the bell pepper well and clean it from the seeds.
Step 2:
Wash the tomatoes and remove the stalk.
Step 3:
Peel onions and carrots, take them in equal proportions.
Step 4:
Cut the onion into half rings on the salad thinly.
Step 5:
Grate carrots on a Korean grater.
Step 6:
Put the onion in boiling oil and fry it until golden brown!
Step 7:
Tomatoes are passed through a large grate of a meat grinder.
Step 8:
Bulgarian pepper cut into salad half rings.
Step 9:
Put carrots, tomatoes and peppers in a large saucepan.
Step 10:
In the same pan, add the fried onion and put it on the stove. Bring to a boil.
Step 11:
Chop the parsley.
Step 12:
Add salt and sugar.
Step 13:
Add seasonings: bay leaf, allspice and vinegar essence.
Step 14:
Throw in the parsley and cook for 20 minutes.
Step 15:
We put the hot salad in sterile jars.
Step 16:
We send to sterilize exactly 50 minutes.
Step 17:
Please note that the water is poured under the rim of the cans and sterilization is reported from the moment the water boils.
