Mashed broccoli with potatoes and cheese

1. Wash and peel the potatoes well. Cut in any order and pour the broth. We put the pan on the fire and as soon as it boils, we remove the foam with a slotted spoon. Boil for 10 minutes and add broccoli.

2. As soon as the vegetables reach readiness, we grind them into puree with a blender.

3. Add grated cheese and salt to the hot puree, mix everything together.

Put in bowls and sprinkle with grated cheese.
