- I read a simple but tasty recipe in a women's magazine that featured pasta. The dish was called homemade lasagna with pasta. I love pasta and Italian food, so I decided to try making it myself. The pasta I had on hand was shells. Take a look at how it turned out — and if you like it, I'll share how this tasty, pretty dish is made. So: peel the onion and cut it into cubes. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet and sauté the onion. Then add the ground meat and stir. Press in a few cloves of garlic with a garlic press. Fry for five minutes. Then add the pickled vegetables and the tomatoes canned in their own juice. Mix well and simmer in the released juices for about twenty minutes. Meanwhile, cook the pasta in a separate pot. Drain it in a colander and let all the water run off, then return it to the pot. Add the mayonnaise and a little milk. Grate half of your piece of cheese. Stirring, cook the pasta over low heat for another three minutes. Then take a baking dish and grease it with oil. Put the meat on the bottom, the pasta on top, and cover it all with cheese, grated first. Bake the lasagna in the oven at 350°F (180°C). When a golden crust forms, it's ready — cool it slightly and serve. Enjoy!
