Cooking method
I read in a women's magazine one simple but delicious culinary recipe, which involved pasta. This dish was called homemade lasagna with pasta. I really love pasta and Italian cuisine. I decided to try to cook it myself. I had shells made of pasta. Look what happened. If you liked it, I can share a culinary recipe, how such a delicious and beautiful food is prepared.
So, peel the onion and cut it into cubes. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the onion on it. Then put the minced meat to it, mix. Squeeze out a few cloves of garlic with a garlic press. Fry for five minutes. Then put the pickled vegetables and tomatoes, canned in their own juice. Mix everything thoroughly and simmer in the resulting juice for about twenty minutes. During this time, cook the pasta in a separate bowl. Pull them out into a colander and wait until all the water drains. Put it back in the pan. Add mayonnaise and a little milk to them. Rub half of the piece of cheese you have. Stirring, cook the pasta on low heat for another three minutes. Then take a baking dish in the oven. Lubricate it with oil. Put the meat on the bottom. Top with pasta. Then cover everything with cheese, which you first rub on a grater. Put the lasagna to bake in the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees. Look, when a golden crust forms, you can get it. Cool slightly and serve. Bon appetit!
