Cooking method
I present to your attention a culinary recipe of an original Vietnamese dish. In this food, the bitter-sweet taste of luffa creates a very interesting combination with the taste of minced pork. This makes the bitter luff stuffed with meat a unique and original dish. The bitter luff stuffed with meat is very well suited for a hot summer day, it has excellent toning qualities, is very nourishing and nutritious, and it is easy to cook it.
First we will wash the loofah, remove the core and cut into circles a couple of centimeters wide. We put a pot of water on the fire, bring it to a boil and throw the loofah into it. When the water boils, cook for 5 minutes, remove from the pan and let the loofah dry.
Finely chop the onion and add it to the minced pork. Then, salt and pepper the minced meat. Mix the minced meat well and we can start stuffing the loofah. To do this, fill each luffa circle with minced meat, and then lower it into a saucepan with boiling water. During cooking, foam will form, it needs to be removed with a slotted spoon. Cook the dish for about 10-15 minutes and the food is ready. Sprinkle the finished pieces of luffa with chopped green onions and you can serve it to the table.
