This culinary recipe refers to dishes of Mongolian cuisine. Of course, it is quite difficult to prepare and there are a lot of ingredients in Mongolian meat fondue, but having prepared such a meal correctly, you will surely pleasantly surprise all your guests with an excellent knowledge of Mongolian cuisine. So, first mix soy sauce, sherry or rice wine, sugar and stir. After that, in such a mixture, you need to withstand a fillet of beef for about an hour. While it is marinating, you will have time to cut bamboo, a piece of ginger and mushrooms into pieces, and carrots - with a long straw. When the meat is marinated, dry it a little and put it together with the cooked vegetables on a roomy dish. The second step will be to mix vegetable and butter and heat them in a fondue dish, but not very much. In this oil, you need to fry meat and vegetables until cooked. To make it more convenient, you can put them on forks. For each guest (there should be 4 of them, because the dish is designed for 4 servings), whisk the yolk in separate bowls and put the bowls in front of the guests. The finished meat and vegetables need to be dipped into these bowls, it will be very tasty. The Mongolian meat fondue is ready, it remains only to surprise the guests.
