  • Pan-fried potatoes with chicken liver is a delicious, hearty, and simple dish. You can throw it together quickly for dinner after getting home from work. All you need is chicken liver, potatoes, onion, and sunflower oil. 1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin sticks. 2. Rinse the liver, trim off the connective tissue, and cut each piece in half. 3. Heat the oil and fry the potatoes on both sides until golden. Add the chopped onion. 4. Slide the potatoes to one side of the skillet and quickly add the liver to the cleared space, letting it sear. 5.
