Fried beetroot caviar with onion

Caviar is cooked quickly, it turns out delicious and healthy. I really love caviar according to this recipe. I advise you to eat it with black bread - yummy.

Grate the beetroot on a medium grater. Finely chop the onion.
Pour oil into a frying pan, put onions and beets, fry over low heat for 10 minutes. Then add 50-70ml to the pan. water, tomato paste, paprika, salt and pepper. Stir and simmer under the lid for 15 minutes over low heat.
