Today we just fry cabbage – without fat, without meat, etc. After all, now is the field of fasting, which you need to pass with dignity…

So, usually, while the oil is heating up in the pot, I first cut the onion and rub the carrots on a coarse grater. When the smoke already appears over the pot, I put onions and carrots there – let them fry. Meanwhile, I'm chopping cabbage. I see that the onions and carrots are ready, I put the cabbage there (sometimes I'll take it a little bit. If very hard). I like to chop finely – then the cabbage is cooked quickly, and eating it is a pleasure. First, I stew over high heat, then, when it boils, I reduce the heat and cover the cabbage with a lid.

When it becomes soft, I add tomato. I will definitely pepper and salt, and sprinkle grated garlic on top - the aroma and taste are incomparable!
