Cooking method
1. Separate the cheese into fibers.
2. Heat the frying pan, put the butter.
3. Put the cheese in the butter, fry it over low heat until browned. If you want individual fibers, stir. I prefer not to interfere.
4. Turn over, fry on the other side.
