Pan-Fried Chechil Cheese
A great, out-of-the-ordinary snack to serve with beer — make it and call your friends over! It's one of my favorite things to nibble on with a cold beer: quick and easy to make, yet surprisingly delicious. Give it a try!

- Pull the chechil cheese apart into strands. 2. Heat a skillet and add the butter. 3. Add the cheese to the melted butter and fry it over low heat until browned. If you want the strands to stay separate, stir them; I prefer to leave them alone. 4. Flip and fry the other side. 5. To finish, sprinkle the snack with lemon juice. Cheers to a fun get-together!
