Cooking method
1. mix yogurt with chia seeds and stevia and let it settle so that the yogurt is a little or a lot))) thickened. HOW much yogurt will thicken depends on the amount of chia seeds
2. we put raspberries in what we are going to eat all this from and add our thick yogurt on top.
3. For me personally, it is advisable to mix everything before eating - it tastes better this way.
