Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to make cabbage cutlets with cheese? Cut a small head into 4 parts, remove the stalk. Cook the cabbage leaves in boiling water for about 4 minutes. They should not be very soft. Then put them in a colander and let cool for 10 minutes. Squeeze the cabbage / because if there is a lot of water left, you will have to add more flour, and this will worsen the taste /.
Step 2:
Chop the cabbage with a knife, chop the onion finely, chop the carrots in a blender. Pour 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil into a preheated frying pan, add butter and fry the onion, add carrots - fry until tender, reducing the heat to medium - low.
Step 3:
Grate the cheese. Add all the ingredients to the cabbage (except vegetable oil). Mix the cabbage minced meat, form cutlets / it will turn out about 8-10 pieces /.
Step 4:
Fry on medium heat, in vegetable oil, for 3-4 minutes on each side.
Step 5:
Serve with sour cream, to which you can add chopped herbs and garlic. Enjoy your meal!
So that the cutlets have a crispy crust, roll them first in flour, then in a beaten egg, and only then breaded in breadcrumbs and fry. Without breading, they are very tender.
Any oils are useful only until a certain temperature is reached - the point of smoking, at which the oil begins to burn and toxic substances, including carcinogens, are formed in it.
