Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 30 min
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

How to make mushrooms in cream with cheese in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. For cooking, I will use champignons. They can be of any size. Small mushrooms can not be cut at all. Choose the cheese to your taste.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

Peel the onion from the husk, rinse in cold water and finely chop. Heat the frying pan to a hot state and pour a little vegetable oil. Put the chopped onion and fry it for 1-2 minutes until transparent.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

Wash the champignons well in running water from dirt. Put the whole small mushrooms in a frying pan with the onion. Cut the large ones into 2-4 pieces. It is not necessary to cut the mushrooms very finely - they will decrease in size. Fry the mushrooms and onions for a couple more minutes.

Then sprinkle the mushrooms with flour. Add salt and some spices to taste. Mix everything together.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

Prepare the baking dish. It can be glass, silicone or, like mine, ceramic. Transfer the mushrooms from the pan to the mold. Pour in the cream.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

Pour cream over all the mushrooms. You can sprinkle ground pepper on top. Place the mold in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 15 minutes. During baking, the mushrooms will decrease in size.

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

2-3 minutes before the end of baking, sprinkle the mushrooms with grated cheese.

  8. Step 8:

    Step 8.

The cheese will have time to melt. Remove the finished champignons in cream and cheese from the oven and you can immediately serve them to the table. Bon appetit!

Keep in mind that everyone's ovens are different. The temperature and cooking time may differ from those specified in the recipe. To make any baked dish successful, use useful information about the features of ovens

Buy fresh medium-sized mushrooms, snow-white color without spots, damage, rot smell. They should not be slippery to the touch. Thoroughly rinse the mushrooms from the ground under a stream of warm or cold water. Cut out the damaged places, if there are any. Miniature mushrooms up to 2 cm in size do not need to be cleaned at all, it is enough to rinse them well. Larger champignons are recommended to be cleaned from films.
