Step 1:

Prepare the filling: mix sour cream with water (preferably boiled and warm). Add salt and seasonings to taste.

Pour this sauce over the meat fried with vegetables, bring to a boil.

Whiten and cut the potatoes into large slices.
Step 12:
Add potatoes to the pot, cover with a lid and simmer everything at a slow boil for 40 minutes. Determine the readiness of the dish by the potatoes. It should break easily when pressed with a spoon. If necessary, increase the cooking time.
Step 13:
Add the bay leaf at the end, taste for salt. Potatoes with meat in sour cream are ready. Serve it to the table spread out on plates and sprinkled with herbs. Bon appetit!
