Ingredients.

Grind sugar and vegetable oil.
Step 3:
Mix flour with baking powder.
Step 4:
Pour mineral water into the flour, mix.

Then add a mixture of sugar and vegetable oil. Knead the dough. If the dough turns out to be fluid, add more flour by 1 tbsp. l. until the dough becomes soft and elastic.
Step 6:
Roll out the dough. It is not necessary to sprinkle the table with flour, since the dough will not stick when rolling out.
Step 7:
With a knife or a cutter with a wavy edge, we cut the dough into narrow rectangles.
Step 8:
Make an incision in the middle of each rectangle, not reaching the edge.
Step 9:
Pull the end of the rectangle into the middle through the incision and turn it out, you can repeat a couple of times, then you will get a pigtail.
Step 10:
Pour oil into the pan and heat it up. Fry the brushwood on both sides.
Step 11:
We spread the finished brushwood on napkins so that they absorb excess oil.
Step 12:
Then put the brushwood in a dish and you can sprinkle with powdered sugar. There was enough sugar in the brushwood for my taste.

Bon appetit!
