Sauerkraut with sausage

Cooking method
Peel and finely chop the onion. Fry it until transparent in vegetable oil, in a saucepan with a deep bottom. Add sauerkraut, stir and cook for 15 minutes under the lid. Put tomato paste, pepper and salt. Stir and simmer for another 10 minutes. Cut the sausages into slices and fry on both sides in vegetable oil. Add the sausages to our stewed cabbage, mix and remove from heat. Bon appetit!
