Cooking method
1. Clean and wash the liver.
2. Peel carrots and onions, rinse and twist in a meat grinder along with herbs and liver.
3. Add egg, salt, spices and kefir to the minced meat. Gradually pour in the flour and mix.
4. Fry the pancakes in a well-heated frying pan, pre-pouring vegetable oil there. Fry them on both sides.
