Step 1:
How to make wings in honey sauce in a frying pan? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Chicken wings should be thawed. Take liquid honey. If it is candied, then it can be melted in a microwave oven.
Step 2:
Cut the smallest part from each chicken wing. It will not be useful to us - there is practically no meat in it.
Step 3:
In a separate bowl, mix the liquid honey and soy sauce.
Step 4:
Peel the garlic and pass it through the press immediately into the bowl. Add a little tomato paste here. Mix all the ingredients.
Step 5:
Pour vegetable oil into the frying pan and preheat it to a hot state. Lay out the chicken wings and fry them until golden brown on both sides. In order for the wings to become covered with a golden crust, spread them in hot oil.
Step 6:
Sprinkle the fried wings with lemon juice a little. Pour over the honey marinade. Add a little salt and pepper to taste. When adding salt, keep in mind that soy sauce is already salty. Cook the wings in the sauce for 10-12 minutes. Periodically turn the wings over so that they cook evenly from all sides.
