Cooking method
1. Sift the flour into a bowl. It is necessary to sift flour to get rid of lumps, saturate it with oxygen. Here we also add fast-acting dry yeast and a pinch of salt. Mix it up.
2. Pour warm water to the dry ingredients. Knead the soft dough immediately in a bowl, and then on the work surface. Roll the dough into a ball, send it to a bowl. Cover with a towel, leave to rise for an hour.
3. Meanwhile, my chicken fillet, dry. Cut into such pieces as for chops. The pieces should not be large, about 1 centimeter thick.
4. Break the egg into a bowl, add salt. Stir with a fork. Pour the breadcrumbs into a separate bowl. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, put it on the fire.
5. Sprinkle each piece of meat with ground black pepper and paprika. Then we dip it in an egg, and then breaded in breadcrumbs. Fry in vegetable oil on both sides until browned.
6. The dough came up. We spread it on a work surface powdered with flour. We divide it into 10 parts. Roll out each part into a round cake and leave them to rise again.
7. Heat the oven to 190 degrees. We line the baking sheet with parchment, place the tortillas on it. We send it to the oven. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
8. We take the pita out of the oven. Let it cool down a little. Then we cut each pita lengthwise into two parts, but not to the end. It should open like a box.
9. Cucumber and tomato are mine. Dry it. Cut into thin circles. Lettuce leaves and spinach are washed, dried with paper towels. Bulgarian pepper is cleaned from seeds, washed. Then we cut the pepper lengthwise into wedges. Hard cheese is cut thinly.
10. The inside of the pita is thinly smeared with ketchup. We spread lettuce leaves, cheese, chicken meat, tomato and cucumber slices, pepper slices. Cover with spinach.
